Republicans To Introduce Bill Banning Companies From Not Publishing Pinocchio

Considering a May 12th national holiday to celebrate personal hero Pinocchio

Breaking News

WASHINGTON (MT) House Republicans, full of bravado and good spirits, after stripping Liz Cheney from her leadership position in 16 minutes on Wednesday, May 12 for telling the truth, indicate that they will introduce a bill prohibiting companies from not publishing Pinocchio in all written and digital forms. The Republicans still angry about the Dr. Seuss books that won’t be published again, aim to make sure one of the greatest heroes in literature, Pinocchio, will be learned about forever and become the inspirational figure to new generations like Pinocchio is to so many Republicans.

Even Senator Lindsey Graham thought it was a great idea and said he would help once the bill reached the Senate.

“Heck, who is better than Pinocchio to represent the modern Republican man. You know what we should do, we should have a national holiday on May 12 each year to celebrate that guy and what my fellow Republicans did to that commie trader Liz Cheney today. The House Republicans gave her a whole bunch of Pinocchio and the country will be better off for it. I would like to, but I better not say… Just read my lips, this is great day for American style democracy, and Donald Trump’s golf game is improving while he patiently waits to be president again. Hehawhe.”

House minority leader Kevin McCarthy and Georgia’s Majorie Taylor Greene plan to jointly sponsor the Pinocchio bill.
